At Cassi B. Books, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect orders placed by the customer

• Normal wear and use

Processing Time

Approved refunds or replacements are processed within 5–7 business days.
