Discover My Journey – The Story Behind the Journals
Hi, I’m Cassi B. — a proud Howard University alum, devoted wife, mom of two amazing teens, and dog mom to Bentli, our lovable goldendoodle. After 12 fulfilling years as an educator in Washington, DC, I shifted gears to support my husband’s business and homeschool our daughter. My passion for journaling began in middle school and has since grown into Cassi B. Books — a Black woman-owned stationery brand rooted in creativity, culture, and self-expression. What started as a personal love for journaling is now a growing small business dedicated to empowering Black women through thoughtfully designed, meaningful journals.

At Cassi B. Books, we’re committed to creating high-quality, meaningful journals designed to inspire, empower, and reflect the beauty of Black womanhood. As we transition to a new publishing partner aligned with our values of premium craftsmanship and intentional design, production costs have increased. This shift ensures each journal meets our elevated standards, resulting in a slight price adjustment. We deeply appreciate your continued support as we grow and remain dedicated to offering the best journaling experience possible.
Shipping Time
All Cassi B. Books orders are now lovingly packaged and shipped directly from my home studio in Washington, D.C. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and shipping.
Because each journal is handled with care, you may notice small personal touches in your package — it’s all part of the Cassi B. experience 💛
Exchange-Only Policy

Exchanges: We do not accept returns but offer exchanges in the case of damaged or defective products. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue. We will review the case and send a replacement if necessary.

Refunds: Refunds are not available unless the product is damaged beyond usability and cannot be replaced.
